  Foreign Ownership\, Control\, or Influence. Driven by concerns about Russi
 a and China gaining access to classified information or technology through 
 contractors\, this decade has seen the expansion of Foreign Ownership\, Con
 trol\, or Influence (FOCI) reporting and mitigation efforts. The objective 
 of FOCI regulations is to prevent foreign actors from obtaining sensitive i
 nformation by controlling the operations of federal contractors through own
 ership. In this presentation\, Ian will provide an overview of FOCI regulat
 ions and walk through some of the specified mitigation strategies.\n\n \n\n
 Take-Away Tuesdays are designed to deliver high-value content\, in short or
