Learn about books and magazines in accessible formats that support different reading needs. Explore adaptive technology with built-in accessibility features that give individuals with disabilities access to essential information, skills to help enhance daily activities and a way to stay connected with friends and family. Barbara will show us how library services can be used by everyone.

About the Presenter: Barbara is a librarian who supports individuals with differing abilities. She is dedicated in breaking down barriers by creating and promoting inclusive community spaces that offer accessible services, resources and programs that empower users from all backgrounds and abilities to become lifelong learners. She has worked for the Macomb Library for the Blind and Print Disabled as an outreach librarian for nine years.
